Depp, Law and Farrell: Hollywood hunks with heart

If they weren't loveable enough already, Hollywood hunks Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have donated the money they received for completing Heath Ledger's last film before his death - to Ledger's daughter Matilda.

The trio, who all played different parts of Ledger's character, Tony, in "The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus", reportedly decided to donate the money after concerns for Matilda's future. The two-year-old received nothing from Ledger's will, which had not been updated at the time of his passing, reported "The Sun".

"They didn't take money - it goes to Heath's daughter. That's extraordinary! And wonderful... and when you're part of that, you think, 'Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies in the beginning," said the film's director, Terry Gilliam, who has praised the stars' generous gesture. "I thought it would be full of wonderful people. And we've got a movie full of wonderful people who did extraordinary things to help."
